Last week, I shared the knowledge of the paving tools.
And today, the detailed steps of large-size tiles installation will be shared to you for reference.
Below are the steps:
①Fix the adsorption of the large tile surface with the tile suction cup,
and then use the mobile fixed bracket to strengthen the tiles and check the stability and reliability of the moving bracket.
②Gently flip the fixed tile to the back then move it over the special tile protective moving bracket to wait for adhesive.
③Use cleaning tools to sweep the dirt of the base surface on the wall or floor where the slabs are to be laid.
④Brushing on a clean base surface, using a steel trowel to apply the tile adhesive to the base surface.
When applying the tile adhesive, it is necessary to pay attention to the uniformity of the squeegee,
that is, try to use the round-trip brushing method for squeegee application to avoid slurry leakage.
⑤Brushing the bonding surface of the large tile, that is, applying the tile adhesive, the same as the above base brushing step.
⑥Gently move the large plate tile finished by brushing to the base surface of the brush to be bonded.
Note that the angle between the large tile and the base surface must be adjusted.
In the case of multi-person cooperation, it must be cooperated with each other well to avoid mistakes.
⑦After the slab tile is bonded to the base surface, use a plastic hammer or a plastic plate to gently tap the slab
so that the slab between the slab and the base surface is full.
Note that the potency dimension on taping the surface must be controlled.
The direction of the taping can follow the spread from the middle of the tile to the surrounding.
⑧When the slab tile is bonded to the base surface, be sure to use a leveler to level it and seal it.
⑨Use a sponge filling scraper to fill or sew the gaps of the tile, and then clean the surface of the slab tile.
After completing all construction steps,
